You already know the nursing. What the DHA exam tests is whether you can pick the best answer under time pressure. 150 questions, 165 minutes, 50% to pass. Start with 20 free questions and see where you stand — no signup, no card.
The same four patterns come up again and again. Each is a drillable topic here.
PNLE rewards recall; the DHA exam rewards priority. "Assess first" beats "call the doctor" almost every time. Our explanations name the trap on every question.
Practise prioritisation →Unit conversions and mL/hr under a clock. 160 calculation questions with the working shown step by step.
Practise calculations →Just over a minute a question. The timed mock is the only honest way to find your pace before Prometric does.
Sit a timed mock →Isolation categories, needle-stick steps, restraint rules — asked in the authority's wording, not your hospital's.
Practise safety →20 free questions, then the free mini mock. Note your two weakest topics.
Drill by topic, 30–40 questions a night after shift. Re-do every question you got wrong.
One full timed mock every three days. Book Prometric when you are above the pass line twice in a row.
The paperwork side — PRC documents, DataFlow from the Philippines, Sheryan eligibility, then booking — is in the DHA licence from the Philippines guide. Fees and timelines change; the guide points you to the official source for each.
It is a different exam, not a harder one. The PNLE tests recall across the whole curriculum; the DHA RN exam is 150 single-best-answer scenario questions with a 50% pass mark, weighted towards prioritisation, safety, pharmacology and med-surg. Filipino nurses who fail usually fail on exam style (picking the reasonable option instead of the best one), not on knowledge.
No. Practice is open to anyone. DataFlow and Sheryan eligibility decide when you can book the Prometric exam, not when you can start preparing — and most nurses have weeks of waiting during verification that are better spent on questions.
No, and nobody selling 'real' DHA questions should be trusted with your money. Every question here is original, written to the published DHA format and blueprint, with a worked explanation of why each wrong option is wrong. Using leaked items breaches the Prometric candidate agreement.
Questions and explanations are in English, because the exam is. If a specific explanation is unclear, email us and a human will rewrite it.
20 questions per exam are free with no signup, and every signed-in member gets a free mini mock. The full bank and unlimited timed mocks are on the Pass — see pricing for current plans. Amazon gift-card referral rewards are paid worldwide, including the Philippines.
