Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GulfNursePrep (the "Service"), an independent study and information site for nurses seeking a healthcare professional licence in the Gulf — the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) licence and the equivalent process at the other UAE and GCC authorities. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
GulfNursePrep provides free written guides to the licensing process, and study tools — practice questions, worked explanations, timed mock exams and progress tracking — aimed at the licensing exams used by Gulf health authorities. The Service is provided for information and study purposes only.
2. Not affiliated with any authority; no guarantee
GulfNursePrep is an independent, unofficial study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH), MOHAP, Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), SCFHS, QCHP, NHRA, OMSB, the Kuwait Ministry of Health, DataFlow or Prometric, or any other regulator or examination body. All practice questions are original study material written against publicly available exam outlines — they are not real past papers from any authority or test provider. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any examination or being granted any licence.
3. Not professional advice
Our guides are general information about a process that changes. Eligibility rules, fees, exam formats and processing times are set by the authorities and can be revised at any time without notice. Nothing on the Service is immigration, legal, employment or clinical/medical advice, and using it does not create a professional relationship of any kind.
Before you act, confirm the current requirements on the relevant official portal — for Dubai that is DHA Sheryan. You alone are responsible for what you submit to a regulator, an employer or a verification provider, and for the accuracy of it.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
5. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
The guides are free. Paid plans are not live yet — there is currently no checkout on the Service and we do not take payments. This section describes the terms that will apply when paid plans launch, and takes effect only from the point you actually subscribe.
Premium plans will be billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and will renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing you would authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal at the then-current price. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard ("Manage billing"); cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of your current paid period. Prices may change with prior notice, and changes apply to the next renewal.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for your own personal exam preparation. You may not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute or publicly share the question content or guides, share your account, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. The content is protected by intellectual property rights and remains our property.
8. Disclaimers
The Service and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Guides and study material may contain errors or become out of date between reviews; each guide shows the date it was last checked against its sources, and how we research them is set out on our About page. Clinical practice material is held back from publication until a licensed practitioner has reviewed it. You remain responsible for verifying current rules and requirements with the relevant authority.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GulfNursePrep and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for exam outcomes, licensing decisions, visa outcomes or employment outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
The Service is operated from Singapore. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
